The ECOWAS Young Professionals Programme (YPP) is a regional professional immersion initiative designed to equip young graduates from ECOWAS Member States with practical work experience within ECOWAS institutions and agencies. The programme provides participants with the opportunity to develop professional skills, gain hands-on experience, understand regional integration processes, and enhance their employability while contributing to West Africa's development.
Requirements / Eligibility
Citizen of an ECOWAS Member State
Young graduate (generally under 35 years; the current programme guidance is aimed at young graduates and the 2026 immersion programme targeted ages 18–32)
Hold a recognized university degree
Motivated to contribute to regional development
