The Mastercard Foundation Associates Program offers young Africans a 12-month paid work placement designed to build employability skills through practical work experience, professional training, structured mentorship, and career development. The program supports participants in transitioning into meaningful employment and encourages applications from Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), Refugees, and Displaced Persons.

• Hold at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree
• Unemployed or underemployed
• Resident of an African country
• Completed mandatory national service (where applicable)
